All sales of GuardedPay Pro warranty coverage points are final upon issuance. Please review this policy before completing your redemption.

All purchases of GuardedPay Pro Points are final and non-refundable upon issuance. By completing a Points purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

If you believe your Points have not been honored at face value by the designated merchant during the applicable redemption window, you may initiate a resolution request. The Platform Resolution Process is your sole and exclusive remedy.

3. Limited Instrument Redemption Warranty

Your Points purchase includes a Limited Instrument Redemption Warranty that guarantees your Points will be honored at face value for redemption with the designated merchant during the applicable redemption window (30 days from issuance, unless otherwise specified).

The Warranty covers the Points instrument only. It does not cover:

4. Bank Statement Charges

Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as GUARDEDPAYPRO*WARRANTY. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at support@guardedpaypro.com before initiating a dispute with your bank.

Each transaction includes a unique redemption code provided at checkout and sent via email confirmation. Please have your redemption code ready when contacting support.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy waives any mandatory, non-waivable statutory right of rescission or cooling-off period expressly required by applicable federal or state law. To the extent any such right applies to your specific transaction, you retain only that specific non-waivable right.
