Locate your 8-digit warranty certificate code from your confirmation email or receipt.

Identify your claim category: Purchase Protection, Price Protection, or Delivery Assurance.

Provide a clear description of the issue, including relevant dates and order details.

Submit

Send your claim via email. You will receive confirmation within one business day.

Purchase Protection

If your merchant fails to deliver the covered product, we reimburse your full warranty coverage amount. Coverage applies from the moment of certificate issuance.

Price Protection

30-day price match on covered purchases. If the price drops within 30 days of your warranty certificate issuance, we cover the difference.

Delivery Assurance

Coverage for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. If your covered order does not arrive as expected, your warranty certificate provides full protection.
